Using Ranmap

Ranmap is a group-travel platform for planning trips, sharing live location within an active convoy, and coordinating with your crew over chat and voice.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing on your own behalf, you'll need a parent or guardian's permission.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Live location and voice

Location sharing and push-to-talk voice are active only during a trip you've joined, and only visible to other members of that same trip or convoy.
Ranmap is a coordination tool, not a safety or emergency system. Always follow local traffic laws and use your own judgment while driving — never operate the app while driving unless required data entry is done hands-free.

Free, Pro and Extreme plans

The free plan includes a limited number of active trips, group members per trip, pinned photos, documents, saved routes, and AI trip-planning usage, as described on the pricing page.
Ranmap Pro and Ranmap Extreme both unlock their higher limits and features for the entire trip or convoy when held by any one member, not on a per-seat basis. Extreme is a superset of Pro with larger fair-use limits.
AI and search allowances are metered per account on every plan, including Pro and Extreme, and reset automatically each window.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date, and can be managed from your account settings at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ranmap to harass other users, share illegal content, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service in ways that could disrupt it for other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Ranmap is provided “as is.” Route suggestions, AI-generated recommendations, and estimated distances or times are not guaranteed to be accurate or safe for every situation.
To the extent permitted by law, Ranmap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before they take effect.
