Refund Policy

Where you bought your subscription
Your Ranmap Pro or Ranmap Extreme subscription is sold through one of three channels, and refunds are handled by the channel you purchased through:
- Apple App Store — purchases made in the iOS app are billed and refunded by Apple, under Apple's refund policy.
- Google Play — purchases made in the Android app are billed and refunded by Google, under Google Play's refund policy.
- Ranmap Web Billing — purchases made on this website are billed through our web billing provider and refunded as described below.
App store purchases
We don't process or control App Store or Google Play payments, so we can't issue refunds for them directly. Requests for those purchases must go to Apple or Google:
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history.
Web purchases
For subscriptions purchased on this website, you can request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the subscription has not been materially used in that period. To request one, contact us through the support page with the email address on the account.
After the 14-day window, web subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you're in the EU, UK, or another region with statutory cancellation rights, those rights apply on top of this policy and are not limited by it.
Cancellations
Canceling is not the same as a refund. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings (or the App Store / Google Play), and you won't be charged again after the current period ends. Canceling does not, by itself, refund the current period.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice, or charged after canceling, contact us through the support page and we'll make it right.
